70 % of wealth will be inherited by women in the next two generations.
The significant wealth transfer toward women is a great challenge for the women themselves but also their private and professional environment, raising the question:
Do women identify as investors?
Do women identify with their advisors?
It is however also a remarkable opportunity to create more impact by investing through a gender lens because 52 % of women would like to invest in businesses that have a beneficial social or environmental impact. Such is the case for only 44% of men.
BUT FIRST, it is essential that women support and love other women! – Assarée is evolving to serve an exclusive female community looking to create real impact.

OUR WORK ON FOSTERING COMMUNITY AND IMPACT AMONG FEMALE WEALTH OWNERS
We are planning to expand the initiative to a network that will inspire more and more women to navigate their wealth with confidence and an understanding of their lever for change. We further plan to offer workshops in order for them to navigate their challenges within their families and offer co-investment opportunities.
OUR WORK ON IMPACT GOLD:
In 2019 we started an initiative on impactful gold value chains with transparency from mine to market, where we currently focus on a collaboration with Elucid, which integrates health initiatives in the artisanal and small-scale gold mining sector. Elucid is a Berlin-based social enterprise committed to enhancing the health and livelihoods of individuals within global value chains.
OUR WORK ON IMPACT VENTURES:
Together with the Rheinest Family Office the Assarée community invests in impact ventures with a sector-agnostic mindset. For 2024 the focus of the investments will expand from an impact-related business model (Where we invest) to also focus on the founder profiles supporting female founders (who we invest in) as well as innovative financing options (how we invest). All of that in mind in order to further expand the impact of our capital invested.
